The members of the Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Pascale Boily to the position of Executive Director of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence Foundation.
The decision was made after a rigorous search and selection process. Ms. Boily has a solid academic background and extensive experience in the field of management and support of nursing home care teams. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management as well as a Master's in Strategy from Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC). She also worked for five years as a clinician before focusing her career on management in the healthcare network. Ms. Boily has held various positions, including nine years as the manager of a residential care unit and two years as the General Manager of a private company in the health sector.
“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Pascale to our wonderful family,” stated Anne Lauzon, President of the VSPCR Foundation’s Board of Directors. I am certain that her strategic leadership, people skills and ability to mobilize teams will help the Residence continue to grow and flourish,” added Ms. Lauzon.
Ms. Boily will take up her new position on March 21 following the retirement of Ms. Christine Boyle, outgoing Executive Director, who will oversee the transition for a few days. The entire team as well as the members of the Board of Directors wish to express their gratitude to her and wish her all the best for the future.
The new Executive Director, who is bilingual, lives in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges area and is very happy to be able to contribute to her community through this new role.
